Patient Reviews

I was very satisfied with my appointment. The doctor made a conservative decision and said I didn’t need a procedure. I am grateful that he is my doctor.

I had a procedure on Jan 24th, in Hillsborough. Before I left the office, I was given two additional (follow-up) appointments. One on Feb 7, and another on Feb 16. The Feb 16th appointment was in Somerville (Steeplechase Cancer Center.) After sitting in the waiting room for about 20 minutes, I was handed 5 (maybe 6) forms (two sided) to fill out with all my personal info. I could not believe they didn't already have this info for/from my two previous visits. They made me wait until these forms were completed. My appointment was for 1:30 PM and I wasn't seen until after 3:00 PM. Why weren't these forms sent to me via U.S.Mail or email? They had almost a month to send me the forms. Texting me to complete them beforehand via a cell phone is far too tedious trying to type info from a cell phone. The procedure itself was a success and I am totally pleased with it, but you need to gather the data more efficiently from a patient. Again, how did you perform the procedure and one follow-up without ALREADY having my data?
